Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for your online order! We hope you love your new purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a refund service, provided the following conditions are met:
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Clothing and footwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Once clothing has been worn or washed, it is ineligible for return or exchange.
- Shoes must not be worn outdoors; once worn, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
If you meet the above requirements, please complete the return slip below and package your item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges
We do not hold stock for exchanges. To exchange an item, please place a new order online. Once we receive your original item, we will process a refund.
Refunds
If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please complete the return slip below.
For your security, we recommend returning goods via recorded or registered post to ensure safe delivery.
Please note:
- Initial postage costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by IRDREA LLC
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (card or PayPal) within 4 working days of receiving the item.
- Only the cost of the original item is refundable.
Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels, so please retain your postage receipt as proof of return.
